Architect

• Prepare concept designs, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D views for residential and villa projects
• Develop detailed working drawings for execution (architectural & coordination drawings)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals (DTCP, Local Body, CMDA, Panchayat, etc.)
• Support the project team during construction stage with drawings, revisions, and site visits
• Review and approve shop drawings and material specifications
• Ensure designs meet local building codes, bye-laws, and client requirements
• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts professionally
• Value engineering to optimize design without compromising quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
