Position Title: Architect
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architect to design and oversee high-quality real estate projects. You will create innovative, functional designs, ensure efficient space planning, comply with regulations, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects that meet industry standards and enhance value.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects in alignment with market trends and project objectives.
● Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and construction documents using industry-standard architectural tools.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and authority approval requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
● Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate design execution and timely project delivery.
● Develop and maintain standardized design guidelines, material palettes, and space planning standards to ensure consistency across all real estate developments.
● Conduct site visits, design reviews, and quality checks to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
● Research and integrate innovative design solutions, sustainable practices, and cost-effective construction techniques to enhance project value and efficiency.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
● Minimum 5–7 years of professional experiencewith reputable architecture or real estate development firms, preferably on high-rise or large-scale projects.
● PEC registration as a licensed architect in Pakistan.
● Strong proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
● BIM certification or proven experience in BIM workflows for large-scale project coordination.
● Deep understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and authority approval processes (SBCA, KDA, DHA, etc.).
