What You’ll Do:

- Develop and present detailed designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

- Create BOQ estimations, work orders, and manage contractor tender processes.

- Oversee contractor tender management, ensuring bids are aligned with the project scope.

- Prepare billing estimations and manage project costs to stay within budget.

- Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure design compliance and construction quality.

- Review drawings, specifications, and design changes during all phases of the project.

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring designs to life.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and regular site inspections to ensure smooth project flow.

What You Need:

- Degree in Architecture (Licensed or working towards it).

- 5+ years of experience in large-scale township and commercial projects.

- Expertise in BOQ preparation, contractor tendering, billing estimations, and QA/QC procedures.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
