Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our firm in Delhi. The candidate will lead architectural projects, provide design expertise, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural designs, a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, and the ability to effectively manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage architectural & engineering projects from initial concept through to construction completion.

●Provide architectural design expertise and develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.

● Develop and oversee the production of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

●Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and local authority requirements.

●Coordinate with structural engineers, conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

●Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

●Effectively manages & educates the project interns & juniors for project deliverables & affirms that internship minimum mandatory work typology & volume criteria (as proposed by the respective University) is getting regularly fulfilled within the stipulated internship duration timeframe & to inform weekly the same to the Senior Architect & Firm head

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

●Proven experience of at minimum 5 years in architectural design and project management.

●In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices in India.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

●Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

●Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

● Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

●Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience in sustainable design and knowledge of green building practices.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

● Candidate preferably from South Delhi. If not, then the candidate should be willing to travel to Greater Kailash.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
