Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural solutions, managing project workflows, and collaborating with clients and contractors to bring visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects including commercial, residential, renovation, and interior design, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques in the architecture industry.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, drafting plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Manage project scheduling and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to align project scope with client expectations.
• Oversee construction management activities including site visits, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage business development efforts to expand firm’s portfolio.
• Utilize NavisWorks for clash detection and project coordination.
• Engage in interior design aspects and renovation projects to deliver cohesive aesthetic solutions.
• Draft proposals for new projects and assist in business development initiatives.

Skills

• Project Architect - Should be a Postgraduate / Graduate Architect from a reputed Institute. Should have at least 3 years relevant experience with reputed consultancy firms in building and interior fitout projects and should be proficient in REVIT & AutoCAD. The candidate should have handled design management of the projects and have thorough knowledge of construction documentation.
