Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, execution support, and ensuring quality and compliance at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for seamless project execution
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure designs comply with local building bylaws, NBC, and statutory norms
• Assist in material selection, design detailing, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve design-related issues
• Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups
• Support the project team during planning, execution, and handover stages
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a construction or real estate company
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
• Good understanding of working drawings and execution detailing
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and communication skill
