Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts as per project requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings
• Ensure adherence to local building by-laws and Kolkata municipal regulations
• Review materials, workmanship, and construction quality on site
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost control
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a Diploma from a recognized institution
• 1–5 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply if skilled)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to be on site as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
