Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local by-laws.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Work with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) for project deliverables.
• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent creativity, design sense, and visualization skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,624.78 - ₹64,670.35 per month
