Job Requirements:

3rd visulazation At least two years of experience in rendering and presentation of construction projects in the UAE.

TOP PRIORITY:

1-Strong exterior and interior rendering . Proficiency in 3ds Max and Vray for 3D modeling and rendering.

2-Photoshop presentation of architectural plans.

3-Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and address feedback.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
