Architect

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect holding a valid Society of Engineers (SOE) card with 3–5 years of UAE experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, UAE authority knowledge, and the ability to manage architectural works from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documents
• Develop concept designs and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with engineers (MEP, structural) and other disciplines to ensure design integration
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
• Liaise with local authorities and support approvals when required
• Manage design revisions and resolve site-related architectural issues
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and company policies are followed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (MOFA attested)
• Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) card – UAE (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate or short notice availability is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Familiarity with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
• Strong presentation and client coordination skills
• Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
