Job Title: Architect (inside Kuwait only )

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures while ensuring functionality, safety, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and construction documents
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
• Review and approve shop drawings and materials
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• [2]+ years of professional architectural experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Architectural license [required / preferred]

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with [residential / commercial / mixed-use / industrial] projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
