Architect

Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience to join our design team in Ogden, UT. In this role, you will lead a team and oversee projects through construction documents, permitting and construction administration. We are a national architecture firm that works exclusively with faith-based organizations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction management across multiple project types.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working faith-based sector, including churches and Christian schools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations applicable in various jurisdictions.
• Excellent skills in project scheduling using industry-standard tools; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
• Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial viability of projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,188.30 - $86,936.45 per year
