Achernar Design Services Company "We are an architecture and interior design services company located in Ras Al-Khaimah - UAE. We operate under a horizontal organization structure, where each team member acts as the project manager for their own projects." We are currently seeking 3 Architects to join our growing team. Role Overview "As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing your projects end-to-end, from concept development to design delivery and project follow-up with clients, consultants, and project managers assigned by the client." Key Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned projects independently Develop architectural and interior design concepts, schematic, and detailed design packages Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders Ensure design quality, timelines, and client requirements are met Take ownership of decisions and project outcomes Communicate confidently with clients and team members Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage projects independently Experience in architectural and interior design (architecture-led interiors) Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software UAE experience is a plus What We Offer A horizontal work structure with real responsibility and autonomy Leadership opportunities and professional growth Exposure to diverse architectural and design projects Supportive, design-focused environment
