• Building plans, layouts, ani 3D models tayar karne.
• Construction materials, costs, ani budget manage karne.
• Building codes, safety regulations, ani environmental standards follow karne.
• Contractors ani engineers barobar coordinate karne project successfully complete karanyasathi.
• Renovation, restoration, ani interior design projects sathi consultancy provide karne.

Skills Required:

• Creative thinking ani design skills
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling software madhye proficiency
• Project management ani time management
• Communication ani team coordination
• Problem-solving ani decision-making skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Professional license/registration (depends on country/state)
• Internship/experience in architectural firms is preferred

Work Environment:

• Architectural firms, construction companies, or self-employed
• Mix of office work and site visits
