Architect

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years+

Experience in the field of Real Estate / Construction Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

An individual who is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of the design, production of the construction documents ("plans") and specifications.

The position generally involves coordinating with the Consultant Architects.

Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on – going projects.

ü DCPR 2034.

ü Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.

ü Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.

ü Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.

ü Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.

ü Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.

ü Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.

ü Site Visits once in a week.

ü Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.

Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
