Architect

IMEP Engineering & Contracting LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed specifications
• Develop concept designs, presentations, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Conduct site visits to ensure work compliance with approved drawings
• Ensure projects comply with local authority regulations and standards
• Support project execution from design stage to handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Experience in commercial and office fit-out projects is an advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
