Architect

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for a highly capable and proactive Architect to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with a strong personality who can independently manage architectural responsibilities and contribute to the company’s development with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should be experienced, trustworthy and able to make sound technical decisions that support the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review architectural designs, drawings and project plans
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and project management teams
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and project requirements
• Provide practical and efficient architectural solutions
• Manage architectural aspects of projects from concept to execution
• Take initiative in decision-making and problem solving without constant supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the GCC region
• Strong personality with the ability to work independently
• Excellent technical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Trustworthy, responsible and committed to company success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in engineering or contracting companies
• Strong understanding of GCC construction standards and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
