Job Overview

The Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural designs from concept through to completion, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring authority compliance, and providing technical support during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design packages aligned with client and project objectives
• Prepare concept, schematic, detailed, and IFC drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Manage authority submissions and approvals, including CFR responses and resubmissions
• Coordinate closely with Structural, MEP, ID, Landscape, and QS teams to ensure fully integrated and clash-free designs
• Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years UAE consultancy experience (Dubai / Abu Dhabi)
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 License & active SOE Registration – Mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of DM / DDA / Trakhees / Nakheel submission standards
