Position: Architect / Interior Designer
Location: Abu Dhabi

Ten X General Contracting and Maintenance is looking for a skilled Architect / Interior Designer to join our team and support ongoing construction and fit-out projects.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Designer who can take concepts and transform them into fully coordinated, detailed shop drawings and executed interior spaces. The ideal candidate is strong in AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for architectural and interior works
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Develop and modify drawings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
• Translate design concepts into practical execution on site
• Assist in material selection, sourcing, and submittals
• Oversee installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and local regulations
• Revise drawings based on consultant and project requirements

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and 3ds Max )
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Experience in shop drawings and site coordination
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and codes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
