Job Description:
Conin International Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our growing team in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, authority approvals, coordination, and site supervision within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, design concepts, and technical details
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Review material submittals and shop drawings
• Support project execution from design to completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
