Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 2+ Years (Interior Fit-Out Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Create 2D and 3D designs, layouts, and architectural models as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and execution.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare material specifications and construction details.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Support the estimation and procurement teams with technical drawings and design details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, detailed drawings, and interior fit-out construction methods.
• Ability to create architectural models and design presentations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
