Architect (5 Years’ Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with 5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design development, authority submissions, and project coordination, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings for submission to Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Manage design deliverables within project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical issues during construction stages.
• Stay updated with Dubai building codes, regulations, and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
