Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect / Architectural Designer (3–5 years experience) to join our Dubai studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of concept design and spatial planning
• Assist in production of drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
• Contribute to design presentations, diagrams, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Assist in Revit documentation and BIM workflows
• Maintain design quality and consistency across deliverables
• Participate in research, precedent studies, and design development

Requirements

• 3–5 years professional experience in architecture or design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience working from concept to design development stages
• Strong design and graphic communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Rhino (preferred) or other 3D modeling tools
• Revit (basic to intermediate level)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Grasshopper
• Visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
• Exposure to hospitality or mixed-use projects
• Experience on large-scale or international projects

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

• Are you comfortable creating quick study models in Rhino or Revit within tight timelines (same day / 1–2 days)? (Yes/No)
• How long would it typically take you to develop a basic massing / concept model for a small project (villa / small building)?
• Which software do you primarily use for early-stage design exploration and why? (Rhino / Revit / others)
• When starting a new project, how do you approach building the first study model? Briefly explain your process.
• Are you familiar with 3d printing?
