Architect (B.Arch)

Hiring Jr. Architects:

GEOMETRIX specializes in end to end Architectural, Structural Engineering, 3D Modeling, Planning

and Design solutions required in Commercial / Corporate industry.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of civil works.

Proficiency in handling software like AutoCAD, sketch up, lumeon, Microsoft Office and emails.

Design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for

commercial projects.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project

requirements are met.

Conduct site surveys, prepare feasibility studies, and develop design concepts.

Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.

Supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and building

codes.

Prepare BOQs.

Prepare 3 D views.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

Proficient in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Lumeon, and SketchUp.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
