Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect / BIM Architect with 2–5 years of experience to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, technical proficiency, and BIM expertise to contribute to our nation-building projects while working in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver architectural designs, drawings, and 3D presentations in coordination with the design team.
• Create, manage, and update BIM models (Revit / Navisworks) ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural and structural systems.
• Assist in preparing construction documentation, tender drawings, and working details.
• Participate in client presentations, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, sustainability standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Master’s degree (optional but preferred).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with proven exposure to BIM-based projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other visualization/BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring design quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (airports, railway stations, or institutional developments).
• Awareness of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Passion for innovation and problem-solving in design.
