Architect – BIM (Revit Specialist)

Role Overview

As an Architect – BIM, you will support the development of accurate Revit models, produce coordinated shop drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop LOD 300–400 Revit models for Architectural scope.
• Produce clear, detailed shop drawings and schedules.
• Support clash detection reviews and model coordination.
• Prepare detailed drawings following project BIM standards.
• Implement mark-ups from BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure model accuracy and consistency across project phases.
• Collaborate with Structure & MEP teams for coordinated output.
• Follow project BEP and ISO 19650 workflows.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working on construction projects.
• Strong skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
• Experience in producing shop drawings.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or UAE.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
• Contractor-side or site experience is preferred.
• Revit Essentials training completed (mandatory).
• Revit Professional Certification is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
