Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong expertise in commercial interior design and turnkey fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, design detailing, client coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of design intent on-site.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, 3D visualizations, and material palettes.
- Conduct site surveys and translate client briefs into design deliverables.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Create detailed architectural drawings, GFCs, BOQs, joinery details, and material specifications.
- Ensure accuracy of all technical documentation as per project standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants for integrated design.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design adherence and quality execution.
- Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical solutions.
Client Interaction
- Lead client presentations and discussions to explain design concepts.
- Incorporate feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all designs follow building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive material selection and quality assurance during execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Excellent sense of space planning, aesthetics, and commercial interior design trends.
- Strong visualization, detailing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture / Interior Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Registered with CoA (preferred).
- Experience in corporate offices, retail spaces, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs.

Pay: ₹45,654.53 - ₹75,317.76 per month
