Location: Dubai, UAE 

Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 10:00am - 06:00pm)

We are hiring an experienced Architect with strong construction experience and solid exposure to interior design and engineering coordination. The ideal candidate can manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and deliver high-quality drawings and site execution. Immediate availability is required. The great thing about joining us is the diversity of projects: you’ll have the opportunity to work on both commercial and private/residential projects, so no two days feel the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Produce and coordinate shop drawings, design packages, and construction documents
• Manage site coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure quality and timelines
• Support interior design development (materials, finishes, details) and coordinate with MEP/structural teams
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor progress
• Ensure drawings and execution align with Dubai/UAE standards and project requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architect with construction/site experience
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out and engineering coordination (MEP/structural interfaces)
• Confident using relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Suite, MS Office)
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

(Nice to Have)

• Experience with authority submissions/approvals (Dubai)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
