Architect Coordinator

Job Title: Architect – Coordinator
Department: Architecture / Design
No. of Positions: 1
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
For Which Site: Head Office

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s Degree (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Required Experience:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural coordination.
  • Experience in high-rise residential projects, sales office, or commercial fit-outs preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3D tools, Photoshop, and presentation drawings preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution detailing.
  • Good knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP consultants, and interior designers.
  • Support design development and execution drawings for sales office and site requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of presentation drawings and material specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for timely delivery of drawings and inputs.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and approval norms.
  • Support site and sales teams with architectural clarifications and updates.
