Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Architect cum Project Manager with 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural & Design Responsibilities

Assist in developing concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed working drawings.

Conduct site measurements, feasibility studies, and design reviews.

Project Management Responsibilities.

Manage BOQ, day-to-day project activities and ensure projects run smoothly.

Create and track project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with site Supervisor

Monitor site progress, check quality of work, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Prepare and maintain project reports, minutes of meetings and documentation.

Identify risks and resolve project issues proactively.

Support procurement processes for materials and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.

4–5 years of experience in architecture, design, and project coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and site execution.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
