Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Architect Designer with hands-on experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and design development for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of building codes, regulations, and local standards to ensure compliance in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models, renders, and design presentations.
• Work on architectural drawings, layouts, and interior/exterior design concepts.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients for design execution.
• Provide innovative and practical design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architecture/design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar 3D rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of Indian building codes & regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
