Architect Designer

CONIN International Consultants is seeking a Design Architect with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong design capability and experience in preparing architectural drawings from concept to detailed design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and design development drawings
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
• Prepare authority submission drawings and respond to comments
• Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural works
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and local authority requirements
• Support project coordination and design review meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
