Architect - Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect/Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage advanced 3D modeling and cutting-edge rendering tools to transform conceptual ideas into stunning visual realities and comprehensive construction packages.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop high-quality architectural plans, complex 3D models, and high-fidelity renderings using Rhino3D, KeyShot, and D5 Render.
• Graphic Presentation: Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create compelling design presentations, diagrams, layouts, and client-facing graphics.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed construction documents, architectural drawings, and material specifications while ensuring full compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members from concept through to construction completion.
• Site & Project Management: Conduct site visits for data gathering and feasibility assessments, manage project timelines across multiple concurrent projects, and resolve design-related issues on-site.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, technical support, and design critique to junior designers and drafters.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Software Expertise: Deep proficiency in Rhino3D, KeyShot, D5 Render, and Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong drafting skills with a sharp eye for detail, scale, and spatial design.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes, construction management principles, and modern fabrication methods.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, creative problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of interior design principles, materiality, and lighting design.
• Experience with construction estimating and budgeting.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
