Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / 3D Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, 3D visualizations, client presentations, and project documentation for exterior and interior decorative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and concepts using SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion.
• Prepare presentation materials and project proposals using Photoshop.
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
• Prepare project BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Support sales and business development teams during client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in:
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience preparing BOQs and project documentation.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Experience in façade, decorative elements, interior fit-out, or construction industry is an advantage.
• Arabic is mandatory

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
