Job Title: Architect Engineer – High-Rise Building Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the architectural design and execution of high-rise or large-scale commercial projects, demonstrating exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development process from concept through completion for high-rise building projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications in compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure design integration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Address design challenges or modifications as required throughout the construction phase.
• Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure all architectural work meets sustainability, safety, and regulatory standards set by Dubai authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in architectural engineering, with a strong focus on high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale commercial building projects.
• Proven experience working on high-rise building projects within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, authority requirements, and approval procedures.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with local authorities and obtaining project approvals in the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of façade systems, architectural finishes, and high-end detailing.
• Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering or architectural body (e.g., UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent) is an advantage.
