Are you a highly skilled Architect Engineer with deep expertise in BIM methodologies and a proven track record in the UAE? We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team as an Architect Engineer / BIM 6D Coordinator.

The Role: Architect Engineer / BIM 6D Coordinator

This dual-role position requires a proactive professional who can manage both architectural design tasks and advanced BIM coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Coordination: Function as the primary BIM Coordinator, ensuring successful implementation of BIM processes and standards on all projects.

Clash Detection & Reporting: Generate detailed clash detection reports using Navisworks and coordinate solutions with the design team.

Architectural Design: Execute high-quality architectural design tasks and documentation.

Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations using Lumion and 3ds Max.

ADM Compliance: Ensure all designs and documentation comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations and submission standards.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience working within the UAE.

Registration: Must possess a valid Engineering Registration Card.

Software Mastery: Excellent proficiency in:

Revit (Mandatory)

Lumion

3ds Max

Navisworks

Local Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) procedures and requirements.
