We are currently seeking a highly motivated Architect to join our growing team at LANE PROJECTS . This role will focus primarily on the test-fit design stage for logistics warehouse and industrial developments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our clients to assess the feasibility of applying predefined layout templates to specific plots of land, ensuring functional and regulation-compliant solutions.

• Kick-Off & Coordination → Work with client representatives to fully understand project objectives and requirements.
• Site Assessment → Analyze context including access roads, site levels, existing features, and constraints.
• Desktop Zoning Analysis → Evaluate feasibility in line with local zoning regulations and limitations.
• Test-Fit Design Development → Produce initial layout and circulation plans based on client templates, including area calculations and key figures.
• Presentation & Communication → Present designs in weekly client meetings and support senior team members in client-facing presentations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture .
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architectural planning and design (industrial/logistics experience is an asset).
• Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in German or French is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, visual awareness, and time management.
• Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project challenges and propose solutions.
• Comfortable in client-facing environments , delivering clear and confident presentations.
• No travel restrictions.
