A reputable company in Dubai is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its team for the position of:

Architect (Experience in Designing and Developing Shooting Ranges)

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience, preferably in the field of shooting range design and construction.

Good knowledge of shooting range systems such as:

Target Systems

Baffles

Bullet Collection Systems

Range Ventilation Systems, and other related components.

Ability to prepare professional Technical Proposals.

Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and project budgeting.

Ability to create professional project presentations.

Experience in administration, documentation, correspondence, and pricing/quotations.

Good understanding of basic structural calculations and coordination with structural engineers.

Ability to prepare accurate architectural details and construction drawings.

Experience in preparing the following drawings:

Concept Drawings

Working Drawings

Shop Drawings

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software:

AutoCAD

Revit (preferred)

SketchUp or 3D Max

Microsoft Office / Excel for cost management and reporting

Knowledge of local building regulations and codes is preferred.

أنظمة التهوية الخاصة بالميادين وغيرها

القدرة على إعداد العروض الفنية (Technical Proposals) بشكل احترافي.

خبرة في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) والحسابات المالية والميزانيات التقديرية للمشاريع.

إجادة إعداد العروض التقديمية الاحترافية للمشروعات.

خبرة في إدارة الملفات والمراسلات والتسعير.

معرفة جيدة بالحسابات الإنشائية الأساسية والتنسيق مع المهندسين الإنشائيين.

القدرة على إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتفاصيل المعمارية بدقة.

خبرة في إعداد المخططات:

Concept Drawings

Working Drawings

Shop Drawings

*المهارات التقنية:*

إجادة استخدام البرامج التالية:

AutoCAD

Revit (يفضل)

SketchUp أو 3D Max

Microsoft Office / Excel لإدارة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير.

كما يفضل الإلمام بـ اشتراطات البناء والكودات المحلية.
