Architect (FEMALE)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are looking for an experienced Architect/Designer to collaborate with our design team and clients in delivering inspiring and functional interior spaces. You will be responsible for creating interior layouts, design concepts, and overseeing the technical aspects of fit-out projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design
• Proven experience in interior design or architectural design, particularly in fit-out projects.
• EXPERIENCE IN AUTOCAD
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Must know how to prepare Quotation, BOQ and Scope of Work
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s of Architecture or Interior Design (PREFERRED).
