Architect (Full or Part time)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Architect with minimum 5 years experience to work with us as full time or part time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings
• Prepare layout plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views as required
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated project delivery
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Manage site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design practices
• Support documentation for approvals and completion certificates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Experience handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working on projects in Tamil Nadu
• Exposure to sustainable/green building practices
• Ability to independently handle projects and client interactions
• Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, for construction purposes.

Project Management:
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of design tasks.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
