Architect – Government Representative

Seeking an Architect to support a contract with the Federal Government.

Required qualifications:

• Must have a Top Secret clearance
• A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or design
• Minimum of 8 years architectural project experience.
• Must possess an architecture license
• Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate those skills to a varying level of internal and external resources, to include senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to navigate complex situations requiring diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and judgement

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with design/construction of Federal government space

In this position, you will act as the Government owner’s technical representative to advise on design and construction of new and existing buildings occupied by a government agency. You will be part of a team of Federal employees and contractors. Telework is not guaranteed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
