Architect Inspector

Job Summary:

We are a leading consultancy firm specializing in innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of industries. As a company at the forefront of technology, we deliver cutting-edge designs, engineering consultancy, and project management services. We are currently seeking talented and experienced Architectural Inspector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural finishes: walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, cladding, etc.
• Ensure compliance with design intent and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP and civil teams for interface issues.
• Review material samples and mock-ups.
• Report deviations, defects, or non-conformities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of architectural supervision experience.
• Strong eye for detail and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural drawings.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Arabic-speaking candidates are also highly preferred.
