Job Title: Architect Inspector (Site Supervision)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect Inspector to join our site supervision team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Verify materials, finishes, and workmanship meet required quality standards and project requirements
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations including Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
• Review and provide comments on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor site progress and report any delays, deviations, or non-conformance issues
• Issue site instructions, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) where required
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections prior to project handover
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site
• Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections and site activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 8–10 years of UAE experience in site supervision and architectural inspection
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and finishing standards
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Preferred

• Experience working with engineering consultancy firms in Dubai
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
