Architect / Interior Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Architect Engineer with strong Interior Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural design along with practical experience in interior finishing and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for projects
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and design presentations
• Select and specify interior finishing materials (flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers regarding materials and finishing details
• Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements
• Review site progress and ensure proper implementation of finishing works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction materials
• Ability to prepare design drawings and technical details
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
