Architect / Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) Understanding client design objectives by interacting with clients.

2) Conceptualize and sketching designs and drawings to meet client requirements.

3) Preparing contract documents, estimation for the interior design project.

4) Utilize computer applications like, AutoCAD, Sketchup and V-ray for the design

process.

5) Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met and

handing over of the project to client.

6) Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues

influencing concept development.

7) Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline

ongoing design projects.

8) Prepare and participate in client presentations.

9) Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while keeping within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1) Fluent communication in English and Tamil.

2) Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic

vision.

3) Proficiency in software AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray, MS office, Photoshop or similar

design software.

4) Project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
