Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our design studio. You will be responsible for concept development, space planning, 2D/3D drawings, material selection, and coordinating with site teams to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about residential design, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects
• Create 2D working drawings, 3D models, presentations, and mood boards
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure design execution
• Supervise site works to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards
• Prepare BOQs and assist in budgeting and procurement
• Stay up to date with design trends, innovations, and materials
• Work collaboratively with the design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 0 to 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture/interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit or Lumion is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and site execution
• Excellent design presentation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
