Architect / Interior Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the confidence to work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, retail, and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, 3D renders, material boards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on materials, finishes, and design trends relevant to the UAE market.
• Work within project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and technical design work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
