We're Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer
Location: T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai

Office Hours

• Base Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Usual Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Overtime: Paid per minute based on biometric logs

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D views
• Review and refine design drawings
• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements
• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Oversee projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define goals, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with the site team to provide necessary inputs and drawings
• Work closely with structural engineers for project integration

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and 3D views
• A laptop that supports Lumion (mandatory for candidates with less than 1 year of experience)
