Architect & Interior Designer

- Design Development:

- Create innovative and functional interior designs for commercial spaces, including retail stores, offices, restaurants, and showrooms.

- Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, and layouts aligned with client requirements and project goals.

- Develop detailed design presentations, including 3D renderings, mood boards, and material samples,and sktech drawings

- Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes.

- Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.

- Present design concepts and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Documentation:

- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for execution.

- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

- Experience:

- Proven experience in interior design, particularly in commercial projects (minimum of 2-3years preferred).

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.

- Additional Requirements:

- UAE driving license (mandatory).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
