We are looking for a creative, customer-focused Interior Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting interior products, provide design recommendations, and guide them through the full sales process—from consultation to final purchase. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection
• Understand clients’ needs, style preferences, and budget
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and detailed product recommendations
• Maintain a strong knowledge of interior products (furniture, décor, flooring, lighting, etc.)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and follow-up communication
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure displays reflect current trends
• Work collaboratively with the design and sales team

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, interior design, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand interior trends and recommend style solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working with sales systems/POS software
• Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
